Lusty Looters | Code of Conduct
These rules apply across all Lusty Looters servers, maps and Discord services. By playing on the cluster, you agree to follow the Code of Conduct below.
Section I
Hate speech, targeted harassment, slurs, threats and defamation are not tolerated.
Trolling, baiting and disruptive behaviour will result in action.
NSFW, shock, or illegal content is prohibited.
Channels must be used for their intended purpose.
Do not derail conversations or misuse support channels.
No unsolicited advertising or invites.
No excessive pinging, emoji spam, or link flooding.
Do not argue with moderators in public.
Use tickets for appeals or clarification.
Section II
Griefing is strictly prohibited. This includes trapping, boxing and blocking progress.
PvP style actions such as flyer pickups, bait stealing and drowning tames are included in this list and are punishable.
Starter kit dinos and characters must not be left unattended on spawn beaches. Abandoned ones may be cleared by staff.
No ESP, macros, bots, or third party tools.
Known bugs or unintended mechanics must be reported, not exploited.
No building in artifact caves, mission zones, or meshable areas.
Excessive foundation spam is not allowed.
Obstructive or performance heavy builds may be removed.
Bases inactive for 30 days are considered abandoned and may be cleared at staff discretion.
Exploiting or blocking decay is not allowed.
No impersonation of staff.
No offensive, political, or troll names for players or tribes.
Section III
Do not kill passive tames or interfere with active tame attempts.
Bait stealing, trap griefing, or kiting wild creatures into players is prohibited.
There is no set dino cap per tribe across the cluster.
If your tames are causing performance issues for the server or other players, you will be asked to pod them using Cryo Balls or reduce them.
Refusal may result in force removal of excess or unpodded tames by admins.
No cloning glitches, forced admin spawning, or exploit based taming.
Misused tames may be deleted without compensation.
Section IV
Admins are prohibited from using commands or tools to benefit themselves or their tribe.
Admin characters are allowed within the cluster but must operate with full transparency.
They may not be used for personal gain or tribe progression.
Any interaction with players, including spawning, teleporting, or giving items, must serve a clear administrative or support purpose and may be subject to logging and review.
Any admin action affecting players must be logged.
Major actions require approval from the Head Admin or Server Manager.
Admins cannot moderate issues involving their own tribe, friends, or alternate accounts.
All alternate accounts must be declared.
Section V
Although this is a PvE cluster, PvP style griefing actions are still punished.
Examples include drowning players, pick trapping, stealing tames and luring wild creatures into bases.
Exploiting loopholes or unlisted behaviour will be handled at staff discretion.
All appeals must be submitted through a Discord ticket.
Final decisions are made by the Server Manager or Owner.
Section VI
All webstore items must be used exactly as delivered.
Items not provided as blueprints may not be converted, transferred, or recreated as blueprints in any form.
All saddle and blueprint activity is actively tracked and logged.
Relevant activity is automatically reported to administrators for review.
Creatures purchased through the webstore are treated the same as any other in game creature once delivered.
Death, loss, or destruction of purchased creatures due to gameplay, player actions, PvE encounters, server mechanics, or negligence is not eligible for replacement or refund.
Exceptions may only be considered in cases of verified server side error or failed delivery, at staff discretion.
All decisions regarding creature loss, replacement, or denial are final and handled by server management.
Items removed due to rule violations or misuse are not eligible for refunds or replacement.
These rules are enforced across all maps and services. Administration reserves the right to issue punishment without further notice.
The cluster has historically maintained a lax and informal approach to rule enforcement. Most situations are handled privately or with soft warnings.
However, if conduct escalates, becomes repeat behaviour, or starts affecting other players’ gameplay, enforcement will be formalised and actions may be taken without further notice.
